Hi, I’m Nelson Loja
I’m the founder of PhotoEmy and Corporate Headshots NY, and for nearly 18 years, I’ve been helping people and businesses create professional images that tell their stories and make a lasting impression.
Photography has been my passion throughout my career. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work with professionals, entrepreneurs, corporations, restaurants, conferences, fashion brands, real estate agents, artists, families, and organizations across New York and beyond.
Through PhotoEmy, I capture the moments that matter most—from weddings, events, family portraits, and celebrations to fashion, branding, real estate, and creative photography. Through Corporate Headshots NY, I help professionals, teams, entrepreneurs, and businesses create confident, polished images for LinkedIn, websites, personal branding, and corporate marketing.
But for me, photography is about more than simply taking a picture. It’s about understanding the person, the brand, or the moment in front of my camera. Every client is different, and I enjoy finding the right lighting, composition, and approach to create images that feel natural, professional, and authentic.
